Discover the fiction, folklore, and facts about bats, nature’s only truly flying mammal. Join us for some “bat math”, hold bat artifacts, and hear live bats on the walk. Learn how you can participate in Community Science projects to help your neighborhood bats.

We will start inside and then use acoustic sensors during an hour-long “Bat Walk” through Whitnall Park.
